Survive The Ice-Cold Season With Off-White, Pleasures And More

Wrap yourself in wool in the most fashionable way.

POSTED BY MIRABELA THÜS

Winter’s happening and that means we gotta stay warm ’n cozy. Easy right? Right, the challenge is to make it fashion. Outfits that keep you warm tend to look a little effortlessly thrown together. Usually, you’d go for a thick sweater, wouldn’t you? They’re quite basic, but they do the job! While there’s nothing wrong with that, we found a solution to switch things up a bit during these cold days: Cover yourself in wool!

Wool will help you gear up in the most fashionable way this season, as it comes in many colorways and forms. Our favorite wool essentials include pullovers, cardigans, scarves and even skirts.

Wanna be the color-pop in a grey and snowy city? A pink knitted pullover by Ganni might be your way to go. Detailed with a ribbed round neck, cropped puff sleeves and symmetrical patterns, it is just basic enough to wear on a day out and still remain stylish and sweet. On extra cold days, you might wanna go for colorful scarf as well. The Loewe mohair scarf could be the color-contrast you need to add a bit of edge to your look.

If you’re more of a full-on wild child who’s all about their inner rock ’n roll star, Pleasures is your brand of choice.  The ’Rotten Mohair Cardigan’ is covered with all-over leopard prints and got the branding embroidered right on the chest. Throw it over a black turtle-neck shirt and let the print speak for itself.

A more monochromatic aesthetic can be achieved by a black, white and gray color-palette. Pair an oversized sweater, with a wool skirt for a chic silhouette.  An Off-White™ sweater emblazoned with the “OW” motif on the front and a skirt by Helmut Lang with a wrapped waist create an interesting, yet toned down look n true street wear style.
