SNIPES X Stefflon Don Drop The Baddest Collection Of 2021 So Far

"You are you for a reason!"

POSTED BY TENAI PALOMINO

This is the one we’ve been waiting for. Sneaker and streetwear brand Snipes has joined forces with one of the UK’s biggest names in rap, none other than Stefflon Don.

The exclusive women’s collection features bright bursts of color with pastel accents and exciting materials and patterns, inspired by the versatility and boldness of women everywhere. The collection features a variety of garms including tops, jackets, tracksuits, pullovers, leggings, bucket hats and socks, serving a full range of summer-ready pieces. The drop boasts an irrepressible message propelling women to take pride in their uniqueness: You are you for a reason!

Born in Birmingham and raised in Rotterdam, Stefflon Don – real name Stephanie Victoria Allen – rose to fame in 2017 with her single “Hurtin’ Me” featuring French Montana. The track peaked at #7 on the UK Singles Chart and solidified her compelling presence in the music scene. The artist pursued music from an early age, writing raps with her siblings and having studio time from as young as 9-years-old. On discussing why the brand decided to collab with the artist, Snipes stated Steff is “…not only a rapper, she is also a single mother and of course a style icon.”

Stand-out pieces in the collection include a fluffy grey oversized cropped jacket, a multi-colored tie dye strappy dress, and – our personal fave – a head-turning pastel purple Velour tracksuit. Long live Y2K.

The exclusive SNIPES X Stefflon Don collection will be available from March 13 in selected SNIPES stores and on their official website. Set a reminder, it’s due to be a big one.
