These Are The Most-Wanted Boots Of The Season

Designer items that cause a big stir within the fashion community seem to have become few and far between. However this season, Saint Laurent and head designer Anthony Vaccarello came to the rescue with the label’s runway presentation for fall 2017.  

While there was plenty to ogle with all the decadent Saint Laurent offerings bopping down the Parisian catwalk, it was the fashion house’s slouchy leather boots covered in 6,000 Swarovski crystals that quickly became this season’s “it” item. Entirely handmade and sold for $10,000, the boots now already have lengthy waitlists at luxury shops like Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. 

The first person to be spotted wearing the boots? Rihanna. Leave it to RiRi to always be to on top of footwear trends. The singer rocked the boots while in Paris, and she was clearly excited about it. On her Instagram, she posted a photo of the shoes on the runway, captioning it “Mood.” Then, she shared a photo wearing the boots herself.

We doubt we’ll be getting our hands on these babies anytime soon, but a girl can dream, right?
