Phoebe Bridgers Announces ‘Sidelines’ Her New Song for Hulu’s ‘Conversations with Friends’

The TV adaptation of Sally Rooney’s ‘Conversations with Friends’ will be released on April 15th, 2022, and with this release comes the announcement of Phoebe Bridgers’ new song ‘Sidelines’ for the series. Hulu released an extended version of the trailer for the show on April 12th that featured a snippet of the song just days ahead of its release. 

This is Bridger’s first release since her EP ‘Copycat Killer’ that she released in 2020 following her album ‘Punisher’ that was released earlier that year. This new release comes at an exciting time for fans of Bridgers as it coincides with her Coachella performances which will be on April 15th and 22nd and also comes before her North American and European tours this summer. The timing of these performances and the new release could even suggest that even more music is on the way from Bridgers, a theory that fans will surely get excited about.
