Patta Dares You To Be Colorful Again
The sun is out and it’s officially time to leave all your black clothes in the closet and dare to be colorful again. Especially because Amsterdam-based label PATTA just dropped a new bright and energetic women’s collection last week. For this summer 2016 range no one other than Ace Dia brought together stylist Jean Paul Paula, photographer Semuel Souhuwat and model Aiysha Siddiqui to shoot the sporty yet gleamy fashion pieces for a new editorial.
PATTA opened its doors in 2004 and was founded by Edson Sabajo and Guillaume âGeeâ Schmidt. Situated right in the city heart of Amsterdam, the store literally became the center of attention by bringing new excitement to the Dutch street wear scene. When PATTA started out, the logo was used to make a small batch of t-shirts for friends, family and loyal customers. As demand was higher than expected, more were made and eventually evolved into our in-house brand. Starting out small with a capsule in the summer of 2011 available at five retailers worldwide, the collection has grown exponentially in size, quality and availability with 15 retailers stocking the brand. Started from the bottom, now they are here blowing us away with their latest collection.
