Off-White Bring In The Lunar New Year

Virgil Abloh and Off-White are celebrating the Year of the Rat with their limited edition collection “LUNAR NEW YEAR.”

Several pieces feature Virgil’s signature use of quotation marks, encompassing the phrase “GOOD LUCK.” This is found on t-shirts, hoodies and various accessories—including a scarf, card holder, bag and coin purse. “YEAR OF THE RAT” is emblazoned on the back of hoodies and t-shirts, joined by the cultural symbol of cherry blossoms. The collection makes use of a black and red colour scheme, red being the colour of Chinese New Year, symbolising good fortune and joy.

You’ll be able to cop pieces from the collection on the 8th of January from the Farfetch and Off-White website. The range will also be available at Off-White’s Beijing Sanlitun and Shanghai Reel stores.
