Nike’s Female Designed “London Summer Of Love” Air Max 97 Drop Soon

Nike has officially unveiled the final design for the “London Summer of Love” Air Max 97. Created by “On Air” contest winner Jasmine Lasode, alongside her mentor Alexandra Hackett after she took a trip to Nike’s Portland headquarters last year.

Detailing on the sneaker includes a fusion of bold colors, such as orange, deep green, volt, blue and yellow throughout the uppers construction.

A yellow and red gradient pattern is also seen in the classic Air unit. The word 97P is stamped across the lateral, while “Good Chat” is strategically placed on the heel tabs. 

Nike’s “London Summer of Love” Air Max 97 is one of six designs that make up the “On Air” contest. At the moment there is no official release date but it is rumored to launch at select Nike retailers and online, at $160  in April.
