Negin Mirsalehi’s Honey Infused Haircare Line Is Coming To Sephora US
Uh-huh honey, you heard that right.
Indie honey-infused haircare brand Gisou has been causing a major buzz in the beauty industry over the past few years. Founded by beauty influencer Negin Mirsalehi back in 2015, the luxe line is finally being stocked in Sephora online and in stores across the U.S.
The Mirsalehi family are beekeepers going back six generations, giving Negin the opportunity to source honey for Gisou products in a way that is sustainable and cruelty-free. For Gisou, the welfare of the Mirsalehi Honey Bees always comes first, with a bee-centered approach to beekeeping and a strict product development policy to only ever take surpluses of honey, if and where appropriate.
The liquid gold itself contains a blend of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants that provide nourishment straight from the hive. Known as nature’s humectant, honey is perfect for maintaining the hair’s natural moisture balance and delivers deeply conditioned, strong and healthy locks with luminous shine.
Standouts from the range include the cult Honey Infused Hair Oil, Hair Wash, Hair Mask, Hair Perfume and Propolis Infused Polishing Primer which exudes Gisou’s signature honey scent inspired by the flowers found in the Mirsalehi Bee Garden.
