Nathy Peluso, the Argentinian singer known for her energetic, charming presence and electrifying hits such as ‘‘Corashe’’ and ‘‘MAFIOSA’’, has released her new single ‘‘EROTIKA’’.
Inspired by early ‘90s salsa, the song pushes boundaries within the genre. Commonly known for portraying women in a romantic and soulful perspective, the male-dominated view of salsa has been subverted in Peluso’s latest single, where the musician channels pure sensuality, defiance and strength.
This fearless energy is nothing new — Peluso's last album, GRASA, which won three Latin Grammy Awards last fall, also revealed a daring spirit in exploring the ups and downs that come with modern fame and success. On March 5th, her GRASA tour kicked off in Miami. But the fierce tour will also make its way to some Latin American countries like Argentina, Chile and México.
