‘Gravity’ By Marie Noreger Consists Of Emotional Episodes
Fragility, exposure, love, daydreaming, introspection and nostalgia, all wrapped into one.
Five months ago, we spoke to Marie Noreger about her upcoming EP, while in February, we featured the release of its final instalment, “Bullshit In Disguise.” It was worth the wait – her 7-piece “Gravity” will satisfy the most demanding R&B fans.
“Gravity” depicts a whole range of Marie’s feelings and experiences: fragility, exposure, love, daydreaming, introspection and nostalgia. The artist herself describes the EP as ‘a picture of emotional episodes that I feel like a lot of us can connect to.’
Marie is an effortless, nonchalant singer whose delicate, distinct voice ideally matches the genre of left-field R&B. Not only does she sing songs, but also tells stories.
