Marc Jacobs Gifts Us With The Cutest V-Day Collab

Authentically and adorably designed by lovers and friends.

POSTED BY TENAI PALOMINO

February 14th is just around the corner and whether you’re boo’d up, celebrating with friends or nourishing yourself with self-care, Marc Jacobs’ new t-shirt collection inspired by the big day will be sure to set your heart racing.

An ode to the love-fuelled celebration, Jacobs drops three exclusive tees, each designed by three sets of friends and lovers. Is there anything more pure? The first tee, designed by besties Ian Isiah and Jorge Gitoo Wright reads, “Young, Gifted, and Snatched” in a royal blue hue against a white background, serving fierce inspo to live by.

The second tee, designed by The Neighbourhood’s lead singer Jesse Rutherford and his partner Devon Lee Carson, presents a pair of handcuffs, again on a white background, with the words “Forever” connecting the cuffs. When asked what they love about each other, they replied: “We find new things to love about each other everyday.” We’re not crying, you’re crying.

The final piece of the collection, also following the theme of a plain white tee, spells out “Motherfucker” in diamante jewels across the chest. Big mood. This instalment, designed by MadeMe’s Erin Magee and partner Nicole Albino, is dedicated to motherhood, inspired by the couple’s little girl, Goldie. Give us a sec, we’re just going into sensory overload.
