Maddy Perez’s Style Will Always Be Famous
Fashion, confidence, and the character who turned every look into a statement.
There are characters you watch and admire, then there are characters who define an era – Maddy Perez is the character who changed perspectives on the limitations of fashion. As “Euphoria” season 3 episodes come out week by week, one thing is already clear: we are all waiting to see Maddy’s next fashion move.
Unlike most high school students, Maddy Perez is the complete opposite of someone trying to find herself. She knows who she is and is the most confident in herself. Her style is the most recognizable and easiest to recreate, channeling ‘90s inspiration with new-age trends.

In season 1 of “Euphoria,” Maddy was the epitome of cool girl fashion. As I watched the show as a 16-year-old girl, the idea of wearing a mesh two-piece outfit to a school dance seemed a little jarring. But now that I look at it from a fashionista perspective, it gave everything it needed and more.
In previous seasons, Maddy’s style and beauty tell a story and follow the events in her life. The costume design is not a background detail, but another piece of dialogue that was unspoken. Pastels and florals symbolize her life as a girlfriend to Nate Jacobs, while sequins and sparkle symbolize her strength and confidence.

From sneak peeks of season 3 of “Euphoria,” we see that her style has evolved. The sparkle from her previous look has dimmed, but we see sharper lines and a more emotionally charged look. With a storyline completely straying away from seasons 1 and 2, it is only natural that the wardrobe changes as well.
The “Euphoria” fandom and I are on the edge of our seats to see Maddy’s new and more mature style, because if Maddy Perez has proven anything, it’s that her style always speaks before she does.
