Loewe’s New Campaign By David Sims Features Their Puzzle Bag, Denim, and Pumpkins?
It sounds weird, but it’s the freshest campaign of the season.
After their iconic Fall Winter runway show featuring dresses covered with balloons and draped over cars, as well as their playful FW22 campaign, which starred Kaia Gerber in the bathtub, it was hard to think that Spanish luxury brand Loewe could get any more creative this season. They just teamed up with fashion photographer David Sims for a funky photoshoot of their Puzzle Bags in their new hues.
The photos feature Loewe’s newest calfskin bags in aquamarine, pecan, and orange. Sims sits handbags atop pulled down jeans for a cheeky yet polished display. Models sprawl across giant pumpkins, dressed in high fashion clothing holding the brilliant Puzzle Bags. Even against the pumpkin, the new hues of his bag pop. Sims’ use of pumpkins and denim channel autumn aesthetics without being gimmicky, and his shoot is actually one of the creative and mature ones we’ve seen this Fall Winter season. This photoshoot captures the essence of Loewe’s bags themselves. The images and colors are vibrant and eye-catching, but simultaneously modern and clean, just like the Puzzle Bags they showcase.
You can shop the newest Puzzle Bags, priced from $2,350 to $3,100, on Loewe’s website.
