Levis X Pokémon Launch 25th Anniversary Collection
We’ve gotta catch em’ all!
Levi Strauss & Co are no stranger to an awesome collaboration, sticking to their cartoon loving partnerships they have created a new collection with Pokémon. The line is in commemoration of the iconic Japanese television show’s 25th Anniversary.
Karyn Hillman, Chief Product Officer at Levi Strauss said in an official statement “It’s such a thoughtful collection that respects and celebrates the world of Pokémon, and it was so cool mixing our icons and history with theirs – it’s nostalgia optimism, with a little bit of escapism.” The fun collection features all of our best-loved character’s Jiggly Puff, Pikachu, Misty, and Ash. The Anime favorites are featured over a range of accessories, tops, tees, and denims.
Notable pieces include a jean jacket with matching 501s plastered in the greenwood of Pokémon world Kanto. As well as light wash straight jeans putting spotlight on Pikachu himself alongside his signature lightning bolt.
This collection gives us Anime fans the chance to make cosplay fashion. It wouldn’t be a Levi’s collab without some graphic tees and they did not disappoint, with pastel hues and embroidered details this range is a spring need. This 90’s nostalgia is giving us all the feels this year.
