How Did Kylie Jenner Get Highlighter Hair?

Uploading an image of her new hairdo right before heading off for Coachella, Kylie wowed us with what she called her “highlighter” hair. This glaringly bright shade of neon couldn’t be closer to that of an actual highlighter and for that Kylie, we give you kudos! Not one for blending into the crowd, she sported her new green locks with a mesh mini dress and black booties for that ultra Kylie feel. 

Kylie clearly has a secret hair care solution. If we changed up our hair colors as often as she does, we’d be left with a head of straw yet Kylie’s hair still looks in perfect condition despite the bleaching and coloring. Hint Hint Kylie, bring out a hair care line!!
