The once un-cool footwear brand Crocs has confirmed a collaboration with pop star Justin Bieber and his fresh clothing brand, Drew House. Set to be released 13 October, this is the brand’s third collaboration with popular music artists. Past collabs include Post Malone and Bad Bunny which helped throw Crocs into another dimension.

The hype for this collaboration began on 1 October (Thursday) 2020 when Bieber posted a minimalistic picture of bright orange Crocs floating around in a swimming pool. He added the simplistic caption, “soon” and has thus far racked up a whopping 1.4 million likes and 11 thousand comments. According to Bloomberg and Business Insider, after Bieber’s Instagram post Croc Inc’s share price soared to a 13-year high at $47.81, eventually dropping to $45.19 the next day.

The brand have already started plugging the collab on their Instagram, with their most recent post being a short video of Bieber cutting into a cake replica of a yellow Croc with Drew House designed Jibbitz charms. The brand captions the video with a heart-felt statement about the collab, “we’ve been a longtime fan of his and we’re excited to bring the magic to all of you.”  Bookmark this page to get ready for the drop
