Is Milan Fashion Week For Basic Bitches Only?!

Hold up…wait a minute…we all remember that Kreayshawn song, which was a one hit wonder and we are wondering how much of truth was spoken there?  We are skipping Louis Vuitton this time, because it is a Paris Fashion Week kind of thing,  but we are wondering if Gucci, Fendi and Prada are for basic bitches only?

According to Urban Dictionary a Basic Bitch is “someone who is unflinchingly upholding of the status quo and stereotypes of their gender without even realizing it. She engages in typical, unoriginal behaviors, modes of dress, speech, and likes… She believers herself to be unique, fly, amazing, and a complete catch, when really she is boring, painfully normal, and par.”  They continue with: “There are many subtypes of basicness, such as the basic ratchet, the basic sorority bitch, the basic groupie bitch, the basic I’m-so-Carrie-from-Sex-and-the-City bitch, etc, but ultimately, they all share the common thread of being expendable and unnoteworthy and, in some cases, having absolutely no redeeming qualities.”

Well, what we noticed is that all these I’m-so-Carrie-from-Sex-and-the-City bitches are mostly all around the Fashion Week tents and places, looking all the same,  but the fashion week shows are not basic at all! Actually Gucci was dope af with creative director Michele saving the brand. And we have a couple of other labes that were anything but basic.
