Warning: this article contains spoilers for RuPaul’s Drag Race seasons 12 and 13.

After a lengthy but exciting season, RuPaul’s Drag Race season 13 has crowned its winner.

Arkansas-grown Symone beat out Kandy Muse, Gottmik and Rosé to be crowned America’s Next Drag Superstar and receive $100,000.

Like previous years, the two final queens were decided by a Lip-sync for the Crown. To ensure the crowning wasn’t Toxic, the queens had to lip-sync to Till the World Ends, Gimme More and Work Bitch by Britney Spears.

The finale was filmed without an audience and broadcast to a drive-in full of Drag Race fans. Season 12 winner Jaida Essence Hall acted as a correspondent before arriving onstage with Ru to hand over her reign to Symone.

Amid all the excitement, we checked in with the rest of the season’s queens to crown Miss Congeniality, announced by season 12’s selection Heidi N Closet. LaLa Ri was voted as the winner and was awarded $10,000 by Olay Beauty.

The finale also paid tribute to Chi Chi DeVayne (stage name of Zavion Michael Davenport), who died in August 2020 aged 34. Chi Chi starred in season 8 of RuPaul’s Drag Race and season 3 of RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars.

If you’re already missing your Drag Race fix, you won’t have to wait too long- Ru Paul’s Drag Race Down Under, featuring queens from Australia and New Zealand, premieres on May 1.
