HBO’s Euphoria Is Coming Back
Glitter will always last.
Happy news for all the fans of HBO’s most aesthetically pleasing show. Two bridge episodes of Euphoria will be released, with the first one coming on December 6. They will close the gap between season one, full of drugs, glitter, sex, sparkly makeups and high-school fashion and season two, whose filming was suspended by COVID-19. The production of season two will begin in spring 2021 the earliest.
In the meantime, two bridge episodes, written and directed by series creator Sam Levinson, focus on Rue, played by Emmy Award winner Zendaya, celebrating Christmas after she chose not to follow her crush, Jules (Hunter Schafer) on a train trip. The episode will also feature the return of Ali (Colman Domingo), Rue’s druggie patron. The first bridge episode is titled “Trouble Don’t Always Last.” The information on the title and date of episode two has not been released yet.
