When Is Grimes Going To Release Her New Album?
The singer’s new upcoming album has been in the works since 2015.
Fans of Grimes have been waiting on the singer’s 35-track record which has been in the works since 2015. In 2019, she dropped the nightcore remix of ‘We Appreciate Power’, a song written from a female perspective about spreading pro-AI propaganda.
Later on, in 2020, besides giving birth to her first child with Elon Musk, Grimes also finally confirmed that a full-length album has actually been in the making for a while. This week, three years after releasing the remix of ‘We Appreciate Power’, the musician revealed in an Instagram post that said album, for now titled Book 1 is still moving forward, stating that she thinks it ‘really needs to come out’ and that it will be ‘so absurdly long’. Although we are all excited for this album to drop, a release date has not been announced yet, leaving all Grimes fans with something to look forward to in the hopefully near future.
