Who is Eris Black?
Eris Black is a ready to wear to brand which usually takes a couture approach in garment production, in the sense that our brand was created on the principle of creating unique limited run garments. Our garments are usually hand-made, hand processed and finished to give it a rough feel and a raw look also to properly ensure high quality fabrics and printing methods are used.

What does the brand stand for?
Our brand seeks to create clothes on the principle of being rare and unique.

Where are you guys based and how does it transfer into the label?
We are located in Spain, but our location has no direct cultural impact on our brand. The internet has created a cultural buffet to take inspiration from, so we don’t limit our ideology to one source for inspiration.

What’s the name of the recent collection and what’s the inspiration behind it?
Our recent collection is labelled “ungendered” inspired by the duality of nature like Baphomet. It is designed by Kobe Sante to be worn by both sexes, so as to not limit it to one gender.

What’s your favorite fashion piece of the collection? And why?
It’s quite hard to say, every piece is given equal attention and effort but the cigarette Thoughts denim jacket from our first collection is my favorite piece by far because as it was created from a genuine emotional feeling at the time.

Is it right that there is a womenswear only collection in the making? 
The womenswear only idea is still being contemplated on; I cannot give any verification as to whether it is going to happen or not.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
