When creativity took the reigns and the rules took the back seat, DI$COUNT Universe was born. The DI$COUNT duo met while studying fashion at RMIT and as two renegades they bonded over their desire to go against the grain; and so they did. From that point onwards, Cami and Nadia design as they feel fit embracing the motto “do what we want”. DI$COUNT is exactly that, a mish mash of what the two want. From glam rock to punk fetish they go beyond the boundaries and conceptual philosophies of regulated design. They push the threshold of what the mass consumer wants, disregarded seasons and all preconceptions of what fashion is and have consequently indulged in their own fantasies. Not every dimension of this brand is for everyone, so the two have divided DI$COUNT in order to accommodate diverse imaginations: ARTI$ANAL are the hand made pieces, sequins and beadwork. TRA$H which varies in detail is either designed or manufactured in the studio. DEAD$TOCK represents vintage items and the MERC line is a recent addition. As they continue to push the limits, the two have made their way onto the Australian fashion scene where they have most definitely made their mark.
