Converse Revamp Their Renew Collection With Earth Tones For The Summer

The collection is available in the iconic Chuck 70 designs.

POSTED BY KOMAL SHAKIL

Exactly a year ago Converse launched their environmental friendly Renew collection to tackle the rising post-consumer and industrial waste. With this collection the brand have successfully produced a line of sneakers made with up-cycled textiles, recycled and cotton canvas blends.

This year, with the arrival of summer, Converse have relaunched the Renew collection in exciting, earthy, colors. The collection has been manufactured using Converse’s recycled cotton canvas process. The process uses the discarded canvas scraps from footwear in order to make new sneakers.

The Renew designs has been manufactured with a blend of 80% of virgin cotton and 20% of recycled cotton. The tricolour design of the Chuck 70 are available to buy in earthy tones like prairie sand, branded melon, noble grey, and mellow rose. The color-blocked, tricolour design Chuck 70 design collection have also been released in Hi and Ox cuts.

To get your hands on the collection save the date for 15th May and head over to converse.com
