Converse and Ambush Chuck 70 and Pro Leather October Drop

Converse and Tokyo based label Ambush have released launch and silhouette details about the collaborative effort which was first announced earlier this year.
Yoon Ahn who creatively directed the project used the classic Chuck 70 silhouette as well as the brands Pro Leather. Taking inspiration from a 50s era Converse military boot called the Extreme Cole Weather boot, Ahn came up with a white version of the Pro Leather featuring a heightened platform, a rubberised upper detailed with a 3D Converse Star logo, gusseted tongue and black laces. The sneaker will also feature Ambush branding on the heel.
