Everybody Is Burning Their New Balance Sneakers After The Election

Last weeks US elections were definitely a surprise for the whole world. Donald TrumpÂ trumped over Hillary Clinton and not everybody was and still is amused by it. Some reacted positively and some, like everybody who had a New Balance sneaker, negatively. Here is why:

After New Balance’s President of Public Affairs Matt LeBrettonÂ indicated that the company was in favor of theÂ changes a Donald Trump presidency would bring,Â the sneaker community went off. He stated: “New Balance: ‘The Obama admin turned a deaf ear to us & frankly w/ Pres-Elect Trump we feel things are going to move in the right direction.” Their customers began to throw their sneakers away, cut them into pieces or even burn the shoes.
