Bottega Veneta’s Secret Berlin Show
The Italian brand unexpectedly showcased new collection at Berghain nightclub.
Following its decision to move off social media while launching an online journal one month ago, Bottega Veneta keeps on surprising the fashion public by secretly showcasing its latest collection on Friday 9th April.
The brand's creative director Daniel Lee decided to swim against the tide by unexpectedly putting out the Spring/Summer 2021 clothing line instead of setting up a traditional Fashion Week Calendar. The mysterious ’Salon 02' show, which took place at Berghain – an iconic nightclub in the German capital, was a continuation of the first part ‘Salon 01’, already revealed back in December 2020.
Although the lookbook has not been released yet, the attendees showed off fresh street-style looks. Skepta, Slowthai, Virgil Abloh and Burna Boy were among many fashion-influencing faces who haven’t missed the runway presentation.
