Ariana Grande Drops Trailer For “Thank U, Next”
And it’s so grool.
The events that have rocked Ariana Grande in the past year would be enough to break anybody. But then again, anybody is not Ariana Grande. Instead of dwelling on the negatives, Ariana has risen back up with her song of the moment, 'Thank U, Next'.
Dropping the trailer to her music video, Thank U, Next will reference not one, but four iconic noughties rom coms; Legally Blonde, Bring it On, 13 Going on 30 and of course, Mean Girls.
In the trailer, famous faces have teamed together to recreate a scene from Mean Girls, only this time, Ariana is the new Regina George. Troye Sivan makes a cameo as well as the original Mean Girls cast such as Jonathan Bennett aka Aaron Samuels.
With the full video expected to drop between now and Friday, we’re on the eagerly awaiting the video for the girl power anthem.
