Another Youth's "Youth Riot Again" SS17 Lookbook Is New Goth-Punk Feels

South Korea has been on our radar for a while now. From technology and food to movies and fashion, every aspect of global culture has been disrupted by the wave of creative force coming in from the small Asian peninsula. Unsurprisingly, the latest designer coming out of Korea seriously taps into the country’s futuristic vibes, but this creative gives the expected aesthetic a major rebellious twist. 

Meet Another Youth. The Korea-based label just released a hard SS17 lookbook, “Youth Riot Again” — and judging by what’s featured, the brand is onto an emerging youth chapter. The entire range is filled with distinctly punk feels that we haven’t authentically seen in years. Featuring classically sporty silhouettes, Another Youth uses text and design embellishments to give previously wholesome styles some serious edge. In keeping with the spirit of unruly adolescence, the lookbook even features defiant quotes like, “Get the hell out of my youth.” The overall result is a collection full of a brash, irreverent spirit that redefines today's streetwear.
