Alberta Ferretti opened her resort collection by stating, "If you don't live, you don't know what women want."

Enter Ferretti, known as the queen of the slipdress due to her love of chiffon and lace. Her 2025 Ready-to-Wear Resort collection continues this trend, while considering the busy lives of women.

Ferretti grasps the daily challenges faced by women, remarking, "We want to feel beautiful and magical for a special evening, but the every day also needs to be part of an interesting story. I don't identify with banality or excess."

This translates into practical yet romantic designs, including shirts in white poplin or chiffon with ruching, paired with slim black pants for a transition from day to night.

The collection also features suits that are softly tailored and comfortable, offering a slightly fitted but unconstrained silhouette. Elsewhere, classic staples such as the trench coat, short cape, jumpsuit, and leather jacket were showcased.

A stand-out piece is a long dress in white chiffon, cut like a simple t-shirt with delicate volant details for ease of movement. Ferretti emphasized, "These are clothes for real women who need to be well put together and feel beautiful for many different occasions. They're not just for the red carpet."
