The New Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT Colorway “Photon Dust” Is Inspired By The Big Smoke
Featuring overcast London skies.
Meet the brand-new Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT colorway, “Photon Dust,” a clouded grey inspired by the hazy and often opaque skies that lie over the London skyline. This is the first of many capital-inspired colorways that are due to be released by the Jordan brand.
Starting off outside, the panels are constructed of both smooth and rippled leather with an attached leather hangtag with London’s well-known abbreviation, LDN. The light ash “Photon Dust” colorway runs through the synthetic Swoosh, laces and the tread.
The skin-toned midsoles take on inspiration from Nike’s iconic “Sail” colorway that is the face of some of the most popular sneakers out there, like the Nike X Off-White Air Jordan 4. This slightly pink shade uses a vintage effect across the collar, lining and tongue.
The midsoles are obviously made with comfort at the core, with re-tooled outsoles for extra support and a lightweight feel that cancels out any chance of a chunky sneaker. This is all rounded off with a grey outsole that’s contrasted with a bright white midsole, offering a quick break from the silvery goodness.
The Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT “Photon Dust” are said to be released via nike.com in the next upcoming months heading into the new year.
