Fine Dining Louis Vuitton Style

Would you like some haute couture with that?

POSTED BY ISOBEL COUGHLAN

What happens when the fashion and food worlds collide? Well, Louis Vuitton is here to show us with their first-ever restaurant and café, Le Café V and Sugalabo V.

The eateries are situated at the brand’s flagship store in Osaka, Japan so we expect many fashion names and influencers to be making a post-pandemic trip here ASAP. The experience will be catered by Chef Yosuke Suga, known to be the protégé of Joel Robuchon (a 32-Michelin star winner), so we expect that the menu will be spectacular.

Le Café V will be open with an indoor or terrace experience, with city views and cocktails, while the Sugalabo V restaurant will be dinner service only. Interestingly, Suga also owns a restaurant in Tokyo with the same name and it’s notoriously hard to get into – so good luck fashion fans! Designer Tokujin Yoshioka, the mind behind Louis Vuitton’s furniture and travel accessories, has collaborated to create LV inspired tableware. The decor of the space is inspired by a ship floating on water and is finished by Jun Aoki.

This new food x fashion fusion sounds incredible and we can’t wait to read the reviews. Find the restaurant and café at:
