The Nike Air Max 97 Ultra “Metallic Bronze” Is Gorgeously Glossy
Just when you thought your '97 collection was complete.
Don't know if you already heard, but the Nike Air Max 97 is having its 20th birthday – still. We're pretty jel that we can't celebrate our landmark birthdays for months at a time, whilst also enjoying the privilege of a million and one different colored clones being brought into the world in our name, but hey, we're not a legendary sneaker.
Yes, following on from that beautiful toned-down “Tan/Pink,” and of course that unforgettably ostentatious Swarovski-embellished “Silver Bullet,” Nike have dropped yet another Air Max 97 colorway: meet “Metallic Bronze.”
The bronzey-coppery shoe is arguably Nike's most wearable Metallic iteration – and totally perfect for color coordinating with your bronze or rose gold jewelry. The tonal upper is gorgeously glossy, contrasted with that clean white sole.
There's no word on a release date just yet, but we expect this pretty-as-a-penny iteration will cost $160.
