Is Kylie Jenner Really Sending Customers Empty Highlighters?
Kylie Cosmetic fans paid $22 for a highlighter, and in return, they got an empty compact.
In February, Kylie dropped the news she’d be launching a range by the clever name of Kylighters, and Kylie’s fans quite literally lost their minds; the product sold out in less than three minutes. Now, the lucky ones who were actually able to nab themselves a Kylighter in the madness are losing their minds for a totally different reason— many disgruntled fans are now reporting they received a completely empty Kylighter compact, and they’ve taken to the Internet to prove it.
The distraught fans have begun posting photos and videos of their sad, empty boxes online in hopes of getting some answers. In response to their fan’s disappointment, Kylie Cosmetics quickly addressed the issue on social media and stated that it will deliver replacements as soon as possible.

Kylie herself has yet to speak out about the missing Kylighters issue, but this definitely isn’t the first time the company has come under fire. She has been accused of stealing ideas from other makeup artists, ripping off other brand's lipstick formulas, repackaging old products and having poor quality brushes. In the past, Jenner has directly addressed her critics regarding any issues with her products. "Life is a learning experience and we learn from our mistakes," she wrote previously on Instagram, in reference to her fraying lip gloss brushes. We’ll be very interested to hear what wise words Kylie has to share about the latest mishap.
