Za_Za Spring/Summer 2018 Is Our New '80s Obsession
Bossin' it.
Anastasia Koryakina-Nikolaeva is the designer behind Za_Za, an exciting Russian label that stole the show at Moskow's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Za_Za, meaning “to change,” is all about sartorial freedom, experimenting with color and shape whilst emphasizing detail, cut and daring design.
The spring/summer 2018 collection was magnificently '80s. Think high-shine fabrics, bold primary colors and graphic prints, off-the-shoulder cuts, shoulder pads, berets and puffer jackets – lots of 'em. The “BOSS” motif running throughout the collection gets the power-dressing vibe down. We're in love with that boxing belt – and the Matrix-AF menswear look that we'd totally dress our boyfriends in.
