Soo Kei: Wearable Architecture

With her background in architecture, Soo Kei has created her collection according to her passion. Highly constructed and researched pieces are complimented by an unusual play with proportions and a dash of femininity. Her avante garde approach to design was reflected in her recent photo shoot that was directed and styled by Soo Kei herself and shot by Hyunjin Park. The modernized doll theme was captured by model Melina Guerrero and make-up by Jiyeon Kim. The campaign styled by Soo Kei, Wray collection, Mode laboratory, Emilio Cavallini, Ilaria Nistri, Osklen, and Iisli, revealed the structural pull between ruffles and transparencies, monochrome shades with splashes of crimson.
