Jean-Michel Basquiat: King Pleasure’ is a collection of more than 100 drawings and paintings from the artist’s estate, some of which have never been seen before. The show is organized by Basquiat’s two younger sisters, Lisane Basquiat and Jeanine Heriveaux.

The exhibit was designed by renowned architect David Adjaye and design firm Pentagram. ‘King Pleasure’ includes installations recreating Basquiat’s family home and chronicling his development as an artist from childhood.
