Does every product Glossier makes turn to beauty gold? Yep, pretty much. You'll no doubt have cottoned onto the brand's acne-fighting, skin-exfoliating, complexion-clearing Solution which received a slew of five-star reviews. Then, more recently, its shimmery Lidstar eyeshadow was teased by Beyoncé before being debuted on the Oscars red carpet. You guessed it: five star-worthy. Well, its latest wonder product hit stores earlier this month and it's so five star that it's basically six.
Glossier's first ever mascara, fitting with its skin-before-makeup ethos, promises to lift, curl, sculpt, lengthen and enhance the look of your natural lashes, without clumping them together. Lash Slick was apparently a huge 248 formulas in the making and features Japanese fiber technology for little lash extensions, a tapered plastic comb brush and a water-resistant formula.
And the stats back it all up: in a poll of Lash Slick users, the brand says, 94 percent said the mascara doesn't flake, 91 percent said it doesn't smudge and 91 percent said it lasts all day. Winning. One thing you should note though, since Lash Slick includes beeswax in its formula, it is not vegan, despite being mistakenly labeled as so at the initial launch.
