Ksenia Schnaider Is Reinventing Your Go-To Trousers For AW17

Founded in 2011, Ksenia Schnaider is a luxury brand by Ukrainian fashion designer Ksenia Schnaider and her husband, Russian graphic designer Anton Schnaider. Forgoing season trends, the duo creates versatile, minimalist pieces that can easily fit into any wardrobe, and their latest collection is no exception. For AW17, Ksenia Schnaider continues to focus on well-crafted garments and quality materials. As part of the new range, the label debuts a fresh version of their classic Demi-Pants. The trouser release has the same polarizing silhouette as previous versions, a style that looks like a pair of Bermuda shorts and full-length pants in one, but is fitted in a new color and material—a burgundy, cotton tweed. This update gives the pants a fresh aesthetic that can be effortlessly dressed up or down. In addition to the Demi-Pants, other standouts include a knitted woolen sweater with voluminous sleeves, a tweed maxi skirt with a flouncy frill and distressed, denim overalls.
