How Two Badass Women Are Changing Slut Shaming Culture

Guys We F****D

POSTED BY KAT STIDHAM

If you haven’t already heard of the podcast Guys We Fucked: The Anti Slut-Shaming podcast, then you are definitely missing. What first started out as an idea to interview past sexual partners turned into one of the most progressive and empowering podcasts out there. Created in 2013 by comedy duo Sorry About Last Night, Krystyna Hutchinson and Corinne Fisher, Guys We Fucked has become a movement for sexual freedom and owning your sexuality. Hutchinson and Fisher strongly promote the belief that woman can sleep with “WHOEVER they want WHENEVER they want and not be ashamed or called sluts or whores.” Hell yes.

Having two hosts who are both very comfortable with themselves and their sexuality has been a game-changer for the conversation on sex. Their casual banter and openness makes you feel incredibly comfortable and want to be their best friend. While on the surface a lot of the podcast is a humorous discussion on the awkwardness of sex, Guys We Fucked addresses important topics like sexual health, racial discrimination, domestic violence, and rape. The inspiring duo also recently held a Ted Talk on self-worth. By making waves across the world by addressing what needs to be addressed, these ladies are definitely changing the dialogue on sex while making us laugh a shit ton in the process.
