The Galerie Dior, nestled at the historic address of 30 Montaigne, serves as a cherished custodian of the House's legacy. It takes visitors on an enthralling journey through time, exploring the essence of Dior style through a collection of archival pieces. This cultural showcase has now unveiled a new chapter, unveiling other facets of the irresistible Dior allure.

One highlight of this mesmerizing voyage is the celebration of Miss Dior, a groundbreaking ready-to-wear line created in 1967 under the guidance of Marc Bohan. This pivotal moment is brought to life through unpublished documents and captivating outfits that embody the free-spirited and swinging vibe of the 1960s, reflecting Dior's vision of dressing women from all walks of life.

For the first time, Galerie Dior showcases the visionary silhouettes conceived by Kim Jones. The "Artistic Affinities" room is transformed into a homage to the multiple collaborations initiated by the Artistic Director of the men's collections. Visitors can feast their eyes on looks featuring works by acclaimed painters and visual artists like Raymond Pettibon and Peter Doig, allowing them to delve into the unique narrative that intertwines Dior with contemporary art.

The magnificent odyssey of Galerie Dior sails even further back in time, delving into the 18th century. It unveils a captivating selection of garments, accessories, ornaments, and captivating objects and photographs that evoke Christian Dior's fascination with the splendors of the Age of Enlightenment. This admiration for historical opulence resonates with Dior's successors, including Maria Grazia Chiuri. In 2022, Chiuri conceptualized a pleated tulle and lace dress for the series "Marie-Antoinette," elegantly worn by actress Emilia Schüle in the titular role.

Embark on a fabulous adventure into the heart of Dior's heritage at Galerie Dior, where the past converges with reinvention. This exhibition stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of the House, perpetuating its artistic patrimony while embracing the ever-evolving spirit of fashion.
