Converse X MadeMe's Apparel & Footwear Collab Drops Tomorrow

Extreme '90s.

POSTED BY DEE CUNNING

Converse has been going collab cray cray of late, teaming up with Miley Cyrus, Off-White and GOLF Le FLEUR all within the last month. Now it's time for everyone's favorite '90s-heavy New York brand to take the stage. Converse x MadeMe is a match made in retro heaven.

The dressing-from-the-feet-up collection channels a rebellious attitude through daring colors, textured materials and of course, tons of nostalgia. The Converse x MadeMe girl is “A cool girl. Independent, who will take risks and not worry about what everyone else is wearing or doing,” said MadeMe's creative director Erin Magee. “It’s a girl who is attracted to authenticity and wants to explore street, rave, queer and 90s subculture.”

The One Star is re-imagined for club kids in a re-issued washed suede and chunky corduroy fabric, while the platformed silhouettes are outfitted in premium leather and bold MadeMe graphics. On the apparel front, there's a Hooded Track Jacket, an Oversized Track Pant, a Long Sleeve Tee, an Oversized Short and a Super Mini Backpack – all mixed and matched with ease.

Converse x MadeMe drops tomorrow, May 24, at select Converse retailers, with prices ranging from $30 to $110.

Next up, Broke Club's first lookbook is a love letter to the “Workin Class.”
