Ugly shoes may be having a bit of a thing of late but we can't say we ever saw platform Crocs coming in vogue. The shoe made its runway debut last year at Christopher Kane's spring/summer 2017 show, but the freshest fashion take is even more extra than you could have ever anticipated. Towering platform Crocs were the star of Balenciaga's spring/summer 2018 show, the brightly colored shoes adorned with all manner of charms, including avocados – what the Croc?
We're not gonna lie, the thought of Crocs still makes us wanna hurl a teeny bit, but rock a pair of these and at least you'll know your gardening enthusiast mom is totally gonna be with you on this.
